Our understanding of earthquakes and Earth structure has been developed based on interpretation of broadband seismograms. The motion at observation point can be explained by two effects: the seismic source process and the propagation process (Earth structure response and attenuation). In this web-page, we assume Earth structure, and then we try to determine detailed source rupture process.
